Victor Music Studio
Victor Music Studio was founded with a passion for teaching and sharing musical knowledge with anyone eager to learn. Originally established in 2024 under the name Victor Music by Victor Martin Tama Lucky Situmorang, S.Pd., M.Sn., the studio is rooted in a strong academic background in music education.
As time went on and the need for a more modern and professional approach became clear, Monika Saurma Tiofanny Situmorang, S.T., initiated a rebranding process in February 2025. The name Victor Music evolved into Victor Music Studio, complete with a fresh new logo, a more organized structure, and a digital platform through its official website.
Today, Victor Music Studio is not just a music learning space, but also a modern system that integrates management and communication in a digital format
Our mission is to make music education fun, flexible, and meaningful. We believe music is not only about technique and theory—but also about emotion, passion, and self-expression. That's why we focus on creating a supportive and creative environment where students of all ages can enjoy their musical journey.
Offering courses such as Pop Piano, Keyboard, and Buku Ende (traditional Batak Christian hymn book), we welcome anyone who wants to explore music in a natural and joyful way.

Victor Martin Tama Lucky Situmorang, S.Pd., M.Sn
(Founder & Main Instructor – Victor Music Studio)
Victor is the original founder of this music course, which began as a private and local music class with a direct and personal teaching approach. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's degree in Music Arts (S.Pd., M.Sn). His experience in music education makes him a disciplined, patient instructor who deeply understands each student’s learning character.
He is actively involved as a music teacher and choir coach, as well as in church-related activities. As the main instructor, Victor plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of teaching and developing a curriculum that fits the needs of his students.
Monika Saurma Tiofanny Situmorang, S.T
(Brand Developer, Co-Founder & CEO – Victor Music Studio)
Monika holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (S.T.), with a focus on manufacturing systems and operations. She is the driving force behind the transformation of Victor Music into Victor Music Studio, making it more professional, modern, and adaptable to digital developments.
With her expertise in ERP systems, operational management, and a strong interest in website creation and branding, Monika designed the digital structure of the course—covering the official website, new logo, customer communication system, and online class management.
She is also active as a content developer and plans to grow an educational blog together with Victor to expand the course’s reach. Monika believes that with a combination of structured systems and creative touches, a business can become more efficient, engaging, and sustainably grow.
